These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to the RicherCars website, every account created on it and its text message program. Browsing the site, opening an account or sending a form means these terms are accepted. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

What the Site Provides

RicherCars shares general educational information about car insurance, such as liability limits, collision and comprehensive coverage, deductibles, optional add ons and the claims process. The material is meant to help drivers understand coverage and weigh their options for personal use.

  • Nothing on the site forms an insurance contract or confirms that coverage is active.
  • Pricing, eligibility and coverage are decided only by the insurer that issues a policy.
  • An insurer's policy documents always take priority over any summary shown on the site.
  • Drivers should read their own policy and confirm details with their insurer before relying on them.

Accounts and Eligibility

Accounts are open to United States residents who are at least eighteen years old. Account holders agree to give accurate details, keep their password private and report any unauthorized access without delay. RicherCars may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Text Messages

Users who give consent on the signup form may receive service and marketing text messages from RicherCars. Giving consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase.

Disputes and Arbitration

Any dispute about these terms or the site will first be raised informally with RicherCars.
